Responsibilities:
- Full support of our north american influencer portfolio (200+) in a team via discord, email and other channels
- You support existing partners in the creation of relevant content for our target group and plan unique activities together with them
- Negotiating deals and contracts with streamers and youtubers
- Quality control through tracking, monitoring and reporting of existing deals
- Support in the implementation of automation projects to improve partner support
- Independent conception and implementation of social media measures in cooperation with our marketing department
Required criteria:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Partner Management / Influencer Management or are you an influencer yourself and are familiar with the day-to-day business?
- You feel at home in the world of online games, are passionate about gaming or spend many hours watching streams and videos on Twitch and YouTube
- You are located in North America
- You have a good feeling for the gaming target group
- Ideally experience with the Pipedrive sales tool or comparable tools
- Enjoy working with numbers
- You are strong in communication and negotiation
- You have fun developing your own creative ideas
- You are hungry for success for yourself and the company and would like to take partner management to a new level with us
- You are service-oriented, responsive and friendly
- You have excellent verbal and written English skills – Other languages (German, Spanish, French etc. are an advantage)
