Support employee (m/f/d)

To support our GPORTAL support team we are looking for an experienced supporter (m/f/d). You feel at home in the world of gaming and as a communication talent you love to exchange ideas with other gamers and support them? For you, the customer always comes first? Then you’ve come to the right place! Your customer oriented thinking and your communication talent are in demand.

Your tasks:

  • Customer support in text form (ticket system) and via telephone (hotline) for problems with game server hosting, e.g. in Minecraft, Battlefield, Rust and Farming Simulator
  • Guide and assist customers in resolving issues related to configurations and plug-ins
  • Monitoring and reporting of recurring problems and exchange with the development department
  • Active involvement in shaping the support department and assistance with the implementation of automation projects

Your profile:

  • The customer comes first for you
  • Fun in dealing and communicating with customers
  • You feel at home in the world of online games
  • Experience with the games GPORTAL offers (esp. Minecraft, Conan, FS19, Rust, Scum, Counter-Strike)
  • Knowledge of game server configuration 
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • You are reliable and like to learn
