  • Also mit deinen Acc. das ist echt sehr komisch.
    Ich habe Procon auf einem eigenen Root über Dienste am laufen.
    Der Verbindet sich danach eig. immer recht zügig wieder. Ab und zu hängt er sich auf und hat bis zu 100% CPU auslastung.

  • Leider ist unser Server heute absolut unbespielbar. Ich könnte ihn gleich runterfahren. Diese Woche ist es echt schlimm mit den bekannten Problemen.

  • Also ich muss sagen mit meinen Servern zum Glück diese Woche kaum Probleme.
    Das bezieht sich aber auf Hardline.
    So wie es bei dir aussieht scheinen das direkte Attacken auf dich zu sein.
    Nebenbei:
    Ich habe noch einen Server bei einem anderen Hoster mit Restguthaben am laufen.
    Heute mit einem ziemlichen Theater gekündigt. Null Kulanz.
    Server war mehrmals täglich einfach down. Zeitweiße kam er auch nicht wieder.
    Heute einfach ohne Info die IP gewechselt.
    Zwischendurch gab es auch gezielte DDos, wobei anscheinend wirklich jede durchkam.
    500-1000Mbits.
    Da muss ich im vergleich mal echt die DDos Protection von gportal anbeten :D
    Und bei dem anderen Anbieter wird auch damit geworben. Im Support erhält man nur ausreden.


    Um zurück zu kommen. Wenn das so extrem ist wie bei dir, immer Tickets aufmachen.
    Gportal Analysiert da eig. recht fix und blockt die Angriffsarten recht schnell.
    Problematisch nur, wenn die Arten öfters geändert werden.


    Und ein Tipp noch von mir.
    Wo die Attacken wirklich extrem bei und waren, habe ich einfach noch mehr Server dazu genommen, um zu zeigen wir lassen uns nicht unterkriegen :D
    Ist natürlich wieder ne Kostenfrage ganz klar. Deswegen nur am Rande ;)

  • Also es wäre super wenn wir uns darauf einigen könnten, dass ihr immer die Uhrzeit und wie viele Server. Also einfach etwas Info zupacken.
    Das würde Helfen zu sehen ob es ein Massenproblem ist oder nicht.
    Ich denke es ist absolut unnötig, wenn hier jeder schreibt, sobald ein Server desjenigen down ist.
    Natürlich sollte die Person andere Server im blick behalten ob dort auch das Problem auftritt.


    Sonst wird das hier ins endlose gehen und das Thema verfehlen.

  • well i guess everyone compiling! not only me coz we do not got thoes servers for free we pay for them!


    well They don't want us to complain at all and They never gave us a discount or free additional days no they won't because they do not care i guess !!



    can they wait for us to pay them no they won't and they want us to be cool waiting them to fix there system! while we are spending money on it

  • "They" already granted all free days who asked in a kindly way. but you setup a thead on battlelog, that was deleted by a Mod and now you start to mess arround here. thats why I said you are free to move to a new hoster if you think they are doing a better job then us.

    i guess we have to ask them in "a kind way'' and to say sorry to them we won't complain and its ok if the server down for a few days and yes we have to pay the full amount and *maybe* they will gave us free days !

  • I replied you to all your "OMG" and "loooooooooooooooooooo" and other swearing posts always with respect. I can make all my posts public like in your battlelog thread no problem.


    And telling me I would not care is a joke ... you can ask here everyone. But if you are complaining day in and day out like you proofed it many many times before, I think it really would be better for you to make some experience with other hosters and their support and performance.

  • *** complaining day in and day *** as i said before they don't want us to complain when the server crash day in and day many times ! honesty and respect will make us happy to be patient we have to understand whats going on why its have been doing this * every day many times * also they have to understand we pay for our server we didn't got them for free i don't think anyone will complain if they were free that why we complain because the problem still here and there is nothing been offer ! its easy for them to say you are free to move to a new hoster. Did they thought about how hard its to make the server famous and how hard its to start from 0 i don't think so when they answer *you are free to move to a new hoster and of course i don't think they will offer some money back or any kind of free .

  • Well. They do refunds. You just have to ask them kindly :P


    But they don't have to refund your servers. Read the contract/Tos. ..


    And yeh move to a new hoster. Nobody forces you to stay here, BUT in my opinion a move to another hoster would be a bad idea.


    Why?
    I had the following hosters for BF4 and BF3 servers: fragnet, gameservers.com nitrado.net, 4netplayers, NitroServ and I3D


    AND!:
    G-Portal is better than these hosters. G-Portal has network problems, but other hosters have even worse problems. And those hosters actually don't care about a good DDoS protection. G-Portal has one... Well, that's my opinion.. :P


    Blaze disconnects and server crashes also make me angry.... But what do you want to do?
    G-Portal tries to solve the problem... That's it...

    Is ja wie im Kino hier... lol... wenn ich das nächste Mal technische Probleme habe, kann ich mir dann auch ne Tüte Popcorn als Entschädigung wünschen? :D
