Dear Team, it's now 3 years I am customer to your services and everything was fine.
But since yesterday, my server on ark had problems, I have open a ticket and someone reply to me at 21h and then no more reply.
I can understand that there can have internal issues but I need at least communication from your side, you can not let a customer in the wind especially during public holidays.
If there is no more progress today, I will have to make a decision a go for another supplier, as all my community is now waiting for something.
I hope I will get a quick reply from your side.
