We will show you how to terminate your server in just a few steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PC and Playstation Gamecloud \/ server <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have rented a server for PC or Playstation, you can cancel the server directly with us on the website. You can terminate your server in 2 ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Variant 1:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  1. Log in to your GPORTAL account<\/li>
  2. Then click on the “Credit Card” icon in the lower left corner<\/li>
  3. Select “Cancellation” at the top of the page<\/li>
  4. Now you see an overview of your servers and can easily cancel or withdraw a cancellation<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Variant 2:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    1. Log in to your GPORTAL account<\/li>
    2. Click on “My Settings” on the left<\/li>
    3. After that select “Payment and Duration”, which you can find also on the left<\/li>
    4. Now you see the “cancelation” tab at the top, click on it<\/li>
    5. Now you see an overview of your servers and can easily cancel or withdraw a cancellation<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      XBOX server<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you have rented a server for XBOX, you can NOT cancel the server via the GPORTAL website. Instead, this happens within your Microsoft account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Log in to your Microsoft account<\/li>
      2. Click on the tab for subscriptions<\/li>
      3. In the list of your current subscriptions you should be able to find your GPORTAL server<\/li>
      4. Click on the button to cancel your subscription<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        All cancelled servers will then end at the end of the rented time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
