A special feature of our account system on the GPORTAL website is that each user receives an EU account and an INT (International) account when they register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is possible to switch back and forth between both accounts at any time. However, it should be noted that credits and servers are always active only on the account on which they were purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s why it’s important to always make sure that you are currently in the right account. We’ll show you where to find the info and how to switch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. First log in to your account on the GPORTAL page as usual.<\/li>
  2. Now you should be able to see your ID in the lower left corner next to the LogOut symbol.<\/li>
  3. If you click on the symbol there, a window will open, which shows you both accounts<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    EU = EU account
    INT = International account <\/p>\n\n\n\n
