In the forests and caves of Sons of the Forest there are quite a few creatures, cannibals and mutants. Not every creature wants to get at you, but most of them do. We’ll give you an overview of the creatures you can encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cannibals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The cannibals come in a huge range of varieties. On the island you will meet both female and male cannibals that vary in their appearance again and again. From naked to completely clad in armor, you can encounter anything. Many even wear normal shirts and pants, which they probably kept from previous victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some cannibals also wear red or gold masks, are completely covered in red paint, or carry around the engine of a motorboat (no joke).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mutants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You’ll meet mutants later in the game. They also come in different variants, but in contrast to the cannibals, they are a bit more grotesque. Most of the time you’ll only recognize a few human characteristics in them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mutants are a much bigger threat than cannibals. Cannibals and mutants may even fight each other when they clash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
