Under certain circumstances, our Support Team may need a WinMTR log to analyze, for example, server lags or other connection problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download WinMTR: https:\/\/sourceforge.net\/projects\/winmtr\/files\/WinMTR-v092.zip\/download<\/a><\/li>
  2. Unpack the * .ZIP file on your desktop<\/li>
  3. Open the WinMTR folder and select the appropriate subdirectory<\/li>
  4. Enter the IP address of the server in the “Host<\/strong>” field (only the IP-adress, not the port<\/strong>).<\/li>
  5. Click on “Start” and connect to your server<\/li>
  6. Let the tool run for at least 15 minutes (ideally until the issue you might experience appears)<\/li>
  7. Click on \u201cStop<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>
  8. Export the file by clicking on \u201cExport Text<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>
