    What You Need<\/h2>\n

    Before renting a Windrose server at GPORTAL, you’ll need a GPORTAL account and a copy of Windrose on Steam. GPORTAL recommends 6\u20138 player slots<\/strong> for the best co-op experience. Your server deploys in under 3 minutes.<\/p>\n

    Renting Your Server at GPORTAL<\/h2>\n

    1. Go to g-portal.com \u2192 Windrose Server Hosting<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Choose your desired number of slots<\/li>\n
    3. Select a server location<\/li>\n
    4. Choose a rental period (up to 365 days)<\/li>\n
    5. Complete payment \u2013 your server will be ready within 3 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Starting the Server for the First Time<\/h2>\n

      Once your server is active in the GPORTAL web interface:<\/p>\n

      2. Navigate to My Servers \u2192 Windrose<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Click Start<\/strong> -> the status indicator turns green when ready<\/li>\n

        Tip:<\/strong> Set a server password in the settings to control who can join during setup.<\/p>\n

        Connecting to Your Server<\/h2>\n

        In Windrose, open Multiplayer \u2192 Join Server<\/strong> and enter the Invite Code<\/strong> shown in your GPORTAL dashboard. Alternatively, your friends can join directly via Steam invite while you are in-game.<\/p>\n
