ARK Crossplay - Play with friends

ARK Crossplay PS4 / PS5 and PC

At the moment ARK does not offer official crossplay between consoles and PC. When and if this will be the case is not yet known. So if you rent a PS4 / PS5 ARK server from us, please note that the server will only work on PS4 or PS5.

However, there is another way to play ARK: Survival Evolved with your friends - all you need is a game server, for example from GPORTAL, and the Epic Games or Steam version of ARK.

Enable crossplay between Steam and Epic

Use your GPORTAL ARK server to bring you and your friends together if you own the Steam or Epic version of ARK - have a look at our Wiki article or do the following:

• Log in to your GPORTAL account
• Click on your ARK server
• Access your basic settings in the left menu
• Choose between Steam, Steam + Epic or Epic only under Platform
• Restart the server - done!

Note that the Epic version of ARK: Survival Evolved does not support mods.
