FAQ’s about our Smalland Servers

How can I get support?
How can I get support?

We’re here 24/7, not just when it’s convenient. The fastest way to reach us is through our ticket system, but you can also get in touch via phone, email, our wiki, or the community forum. No bots, just help when you need it.

What exactly does DDoS mean and what protection do we offer?
What exactly does DDoS mean and what protection do we offer?

A DDoS attack – short for Distributed Denial of Service – is basically when someone floods your server with fake traffic to overload it and knock it offline. Not fun. That’s why we’ve partnered with Bulwark™ and Corero to provide multi-layered DDoS protection, blocking attacks before they even reach your game. The result? Smooth performance and no interruptions – even when someone’s trying to ruin the party.

Why should I create backups – and how do I do it?
Why should I create backups – and how do I do it?

Stuff happens, even with the best hosting servers. A mod breaks your world, a script crashes the server, or someone deletes the wrong file – and poof, progress gone. Unless you’ve got a backup. With GPORTAL, backups are easy. Just open the “Backup” tab in the server menu and save your current state in seconds.

Want to automate it? Use a plugin or mod that creates regular backups and stores them safely via FTP access (depending on the game). Easy, smart, and future-you will thank you.

Smalland - A tiny world, now even bigger on Xbox

Discover an enormous, tiny world

Smalland fights its way through the undergrowth directly onto Xbox consoles and is released at the same time as the major 1.0 update. When the inconspicuous undergrowth becomes a huge open world, then you are in Smalland - Survive the Wilds. When otherwise tiny insects are suddenly many times bigger than you, you will realize that this world is beautiful, but also dangerous.

Discover a vast game world on the forest floor or climb huge trees, overcome raging "rivers", monstrous puddles and always keep an eye on the wildlife in the forest.

Tree house or underground bunker?

Whether you want to build your camp on the forest floor between mushrooms at the foot of a tree, or high up in a treetop, in Smalland you have the freedom to build wherever you want. Smalland offers you a huge selection of structures and objects that you can craft and create to make your camp exactly as you want it, no matter where you set up camp.

Experience the story of Smalland with your friends

Of course, you don't have to survive the dangerous world of the forest alone. You can go on an exploration tour with up to 9 friends and face the dangers together. Whether spiders, bees or even worse monsters, together you are strong.

Discover the interesting story about Smalland together. With version 1.0, it finally comes to a worthy conclusion. But what comes next? Find out!
