Funcom is kicking off the new Dune year with the major Chapter 3 update, packed with new story content, gameplay systems, and more. We'll tell you what's in store.

New and more extensive endgame

The biggest innovation - aside from all the new story content - is a completely revamped and more extensive endgame with more opportunities to earn rewards that suit your play style and progression that doesn't stop after reaching Plastanium (Tier 6), but instead gives players more and new incentives to customize their characters.

Starter pack for returning players

Haven't traveled through the sandy desert for at least 28 days? Then Chapter 3 brings you a very helpful “starter package,” which you can simply claim in-game to start the new chapter right away.

In addition, the “taxes” on your base have been completely eliminated. From now on, no one has to pay taxes anymore, which means that base expansion no longer incurs any extra costs. There's no better time than now to return to Dune.
