With new options for our support, we want to address even more of our players' wishes and requests. In this GPORTAL News, we give you a brief overview.

Our core support is and will remain free of charge.

First things first: Nothing will change in terms of our current support, which will remain completely free of charge. Everything our support team has done so far will continue to be provided in the future without you having to pay anything. So if you have any problems with one of your servers, feel free to contact us at any time and we will be there for you.

Fast as lightning with the Fast Lane Ticket

Every gamer knows the feeling: you want to have the coolest gaming weekend ever with your friends, but then technology throws a wrench in your plans, and you need to act fast because snacks and drinks can only keep your buddies happy for a few minutes.

To help our colleagues solve your problem as efficiently as possible, it's really important that you include all the important and relevant information in the ticket so that they can avoid unnecessary queries and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Extra services with Support+

Want to set up a server and use various mods, but don't know anything about it and would like our support team to do it for you? No problem. With our new Support+ offer, you get exactly that (€4.99/$ per ticket). Our colleagues take care of mod installations, server migrations, and other issues that would normally be too time-consuming for regular support.

Here, too, it is important that you explain your request as precisely as possible so that our colleagues can estimate how much time it will take.

It is also important to note that there may be cases that even the Support+ team cannot handle because they significantly exceed the time frame. For example, a colleague cannot work on one thing for several hours. This makes it all the more important to be clear from the outset about what you want, and our colleagues will then respond accordingly.

No risk!

It is also important to mention that there is no risk for you with either the Fast Lane Ticket or Support+. If, for any reason, it is not possible to give you initial feedback within 20 minutes, your problem is simply unsolvable (the problem is not related to the server), or it exceeds the time frame available for Support+, then our colleagues will not charge you, even if you have selected the respective support option.
