The most important news: Version 1.0 is set to be released in 2025 together with the DLC, meaning Soulmask will be leaving Early Access. However, we'll summarize the most exciting points that have been revealed so far:

• The DLC introduces a completely new map with a setting reminiscent of Egypt
• There will be many familiar features such as pyramids, temples, etc.
• However, there are also “otherworldly” elements such as floating “islands,” upside-down pyramids in the sky, and more
• With the first new mask you receive, modeled after the god Horus, you will be able to fly
• A core gameplay element will be the “barge,” a kind of “mobile base” that allows you to travel through the air to other locations
• The “barge” will become increasingly customizable as your civilization progresses
• Additional new masks based on Egyptian gods such as Anubis
