You can find the main configuration file for your FiveM server in our file manager under:
./server-data/server.cfg
A database is NOT automatically created by default when the server is started, but this is not necessary for the basic function of your GPORTAL FiveM server.
If you would like to create a database, you can have one created via our web interface.
In order for your GPORTAL FiveM server to start, you need a server registration key, which you can enter in our web interface. You can create a sever registration key through the Cfx.re Portal: https://portal.cfx.re/servers/registration-keys
