Weapons in Sons of the Forest

Like its predecessor, Sons of the Forest offers a wide range of more or less useful weapons. In this overview we give you a small overview.

Melee weapons

In the game you’ll find a whole arsenal of melee weapons with strengths and weaknesses. Among them would be:

• Large axe
• Stones (for melee hits)
• Spear

• Katana

Range weapons

You don’t want to get too close to enemies? No problem, even for ranged combat there are all kinds of choices in weapons such as:

• Spear (to throw)
• DIY bow
• Tek bow
• Modern Crossbow

Firearms

Attention: In Sons of the Forest you’ll be shot at, and not only by Virginia. On the island you can find all sorts of different firearms that will make the fight against mutants easier.
