Are there any restrictions with Support+?

With Support+, we want to cover as many of our players’ wishes and requests as possible. However, we would also like to point out that we reserve the right to reject individual requests if it is foreseeable that they will significantly exceed a certain amount of effort. In such cases, we will address this openly at the beginning of the communication.

We will also continue to adapt and differentiate our Support+ offering if we see that there is a corresponding need for it among our players.

Are there any restrictions on the Fast Lane Ticket?

Please note that a Fast Lane ticket does not automatically mean that your colleague will provide an answer straight away, but simply speeds up the process of contacting support. When your colleagues receive your ticket, they will first review it and then process your request.

Depending on the nature of the problem, there will either be a quick response with appropriate steps to resolve the issue, or colleagues will have to look elsewhere to find out what is causing the problem. So even with a Fast Lane ticket, it may take longer to resolve the issue.

Important: To ensure that our support team can work on your ticket and resolve the issue as effectively as possible, please always provide them with all relevant information.
