How can I join my Hytale server?
- Currently joining is only possible via IP+Port, as shown in our web interface
- You can see the correct IP/port in our web interface at the top left
- SRV entries/subdomains are currently NOT supported
How do updates for Hytale work?
- The GPORTAL servers always run on the latest version of Hytale
- This means that the Hytale client/launcher must also be up to date
- Downgrading is not possible
- There are plans to offer a switch for different branches at a later date (e.g., “Current version” and “Older version XYZ”)
What to do if you have authentication problems?
- The first step should always be to restart your server via our web interface
- To do this, simply use the corresponding button at the top right of the web interface
- In the console in the web interface, you can also check the authentication status with the following command:
/auth status
