At GPORTAL, our vision is to provide individual and easy-to-use online gaming experiences to the world. We believe in offering more than just servers like any other hosting company. For over 20 years, we have been bringing virtual worlds into everyone’s home with just a few clicks. Our mission is to enable experts and beginners alike to play their favourite games together with their friends. From Palword and Enshrouded to Minecraft and Battlefield, we provide a wide variety of around 100 different multiplayer games from all genres.

 

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Business Development Manager B2B (all genders) to start in January 2026. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

 

Your creative field:

You are the engine of our Business Development!
With your network in the industry, you identify opportunities, initiate and negotiate complex deals and partnerships that deliver real impact. For each client, you develop tailored strategies based on market research and business insights, always aiming to achieve maximum results and drive our company goals forward. We want to become a leading provider of premium B2B game server solutions and for this we need you in the team!

You build and scale a high-performing sales network of resellers, game studios and new business prospects to unlock new market opportunities. To ensure that, you’ll bring all relevant teams together to create cross-divisional synergies.
Play a key role in defining the Business Development roadmap, setting milestones and developing business cases, while leveraging customer feedback to identify cross-selling opportunities and build long-term partnerships.

In short: You actively shape our growth strategy, drive deals forward and turn opportunities into real successes that sustainably strengthen our company.

 

Ideally, you would have:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a senior management role
  • Strong background in SaaS, Hosting, or Gaming industries
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, fluent in english and a strong passion for sales and making customers happy
  • Willingness to travel – enjoy meeting clients in person and building strong, lasting partnerships
  • Passion for developing and maintaining long-term B2B relationships and proven ability to initiate and close complex deals, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and drive significant revenue impact
  • Experience in building and executing business development roadmaps, creating business cases and leveraging market and customer insights to unlock cross-selling and growth opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
