For over 20 years, we have been bringing virtual worlds into everyone’s home with just a few clicks. Our mission is to enable experts and beginners alike to play their favourite games together with their friends. From Palword and Enshrouded to Minecraft and Battlefield, we provide a wide variety of around 100 different multiplayer games from all genres.
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing & SEO (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.
Your creative field:
As our new Senior Marketing Manager you’ll take full ownership of elevating our performance marketing and SEO efforts—combining data-driven decision-making with creativity and strategic vision to generate real business impact.
You’ll manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more, with a constant focus on KPIs, dashboards, and budget efficiency. From A/B testing to performance analysis, you’ll turn insights into action to boost user acquisition and drive revenue growth.
On the organic side, you’ll lead and refine our SEO strategy, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to continuously improve both on-page and off-page visibility. Collaborating with product, content, CRM, and design teams, you’ll help craft seamless user journeys and maximize conversion opportunities at every touchpoint.
Looking ahead, you’ll play a key role in building and leading a high-performing team across performance marketing and SEO. You’ll shape a holistic, integrated growth strategy that connects paid and organic efforts—and with your sharp analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset, you’ll help steer our company’s long-term success.
Ideally, you would have:
- 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and SEO
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Deep expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Reddit
- Comprehensive understanding of SEO/SEM, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization and agency management
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using GA4, Looker Studio, Funnel.io and Excel
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and A/B testing tools
- A collaborative mindset – you thrive in cross-functional teams, share knowledge openly and enjoy working with others
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus – or you’re excited to dive in and learn quickly
