*Fast Lane tickets receive prioritized queue processing, with service fees charged only if initial response is provided within twenty (20) minutes of submission. Service availability is limited to 09:00 - 03:00 CET/CEST daily; requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next service period. Should response time exceed 20 minutes, no Fast Lane charges apply and your request will be handled through standard support channels.

**Support+ includes individual review of your request by our support staff. The exact scope and feasibility of the support request will be determined after receipt of the ticket. If your request cannot be processed at a reasonable cost, we reserve the right to reject the request. In this case, there will be no obligation to pay. As soon as a fixed support time quota for Support+ is introduced following internal evaluation, bookings will be possible within clearly defined time units (15 minutes per Support+ request).
