Becoming admin via RCON in Project Zomboid

There are different reasons to use RCON to make a user the admin of a Project Zomboid server.

• For several reasons you have lost your own admin rights and want to restore them
• Simply because it is very fast via RCON

Before we get to the individual steps, download the latest RCON tool here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mcrcon/

• Then start the tool and log in.
• Now enter the following command line (case sensitive)
  SetAccessLevel <user> <role>
  • Here is an example:
    SetAccessLevel admin admin
• The following roles are available:
  • admin
  • moderator
  • overseer
  • gm
  • observer
