How do I apply for a refund for an Xbox server?

There may be different reasons why you need a refund for an Xbox server. As this is not handled via our GPORTAL page for Xbox servers, we would like to help you here so that you know how to proceed.

Contact the Microsoft Support Team

In principle, it’s quite simple: To request a refund for an Xbox server, you need to contact Microsoft Support directly and send them a request.

• To do this, first go to the official Microsoft support page

• Click on “Sign in” below if you are not already logged in (you will need to sign in with the Microsoft credentials you also use on your Xbox)
• You can then select from the available services on your account for which you would like to request a refund
• Finally, you will be asked for the “reason” for the refund and other details, fill all this out accordingly
• Once you have completed all the steps, you will also receive a confirmation of the request from Microsoft

Please note that any further communication with the Microsoft support will take place via the email you have stored in your Microsoft account. So please keep an eye on your emails until the process is complete.
