Conan Exiles: Golem Creation in the Age of Sorcery - Chapter 3 Update

Create your Golem

A new resource called Blood Crystals finds its place in Conan Exiles and not only Summoner and Priest Mek-kamoses is very interested in them. Talk to the Master Carver Huang to take the first steps towards Golem Creation and get instructions for the Golem Workbench and Assembling Station.

At the workbench you can make all the individual parts of the Golem and then assemble it at the Assembling Station. You don't actually have to assemble all the parts on your Golem, but of course a headless or armless Golem doesn't really do well in a fight - but it's still fun to look at.

From the Blood Crystals mentioned above, you can make the most powerful Golem, but the most basic one is made of very simple stone. However, you should know that even making a simple stone Golem requires some Blood Crystals. You can also find special and stronger Golem components in the game, craft them using learned recipes, or buy them from Huang for Blood Crystals.

Upgrade and equip your Golem

You can use your created Golem more for combat or for harvesting various items. If you want your Golem to carry a weapon, you need to create it at the workbench at the same time as the Golem Arm and connect the two items. Other items you can assign to your Golem:

• Scythe or Sickle: equip your Golem with this to make it an effective plant collector
• Hammer: with this your golem can successfully mine minerals
• Axe: both a weapon and a tool, your golem can use it to cut up body parts or trees

Your golem will chase you after it is created and defend you with the assigned weapon. However, if you are interested in having him gather resources for you, you must place the resource you want in his inventory. If exactly this resource is in the Golem's vicinity and he is equipped with the appropriate tool, he will collect for you as much as possible and available.

More tips for Golem Creation in Conan Exiles

• Body slots: you can use these slots for special customization. Craft the Lightning Guardian head and watch your Golem use the power of thunderstorms to slay enemies, or craft the Lotus Smoke Guardian torso to cast the Burnt Lotus buff in its environment
• Construction Phase: coat the golem in tar or sulfur during the crafting process. In addition to fighting enemies normally, a Sulfur Golem will envelop them in toxic clouds and a Tar Golem will create flammable tar pits on the ground and cause enemies to explode after they die
• Healing: Note that golems cannot be healed. If they suffer damage, they will be completely destroyed over time - however, look on the bright side, as this will allow you to create new Golem combinations over and over again
