Realistic extraction shooter

EXFIL is a tactical military simulation that combines extraction shooter gameplay with sandbox elements and a high degree of realism. Up to four teams of 8 players face each other and only one team can emerge successful in the end. Matches are quick, short and there is only one attempt, so tactics and a considered approach are extremely important.

With EXFIL, the small development team at Misultin Studios wants to give players a great deal of freedom when it comes to creating new game modes and scenarios so that every shooter fan really gets their money's worth. In the course of Early Access, the team would like to take on board the feedback from its players and implement it in order to continuously expand EXFIL and add further features.

Different game modes

There will be 2 different game modes for the Early Access launch. One is “Classic Extraction”, in which teams of equal strength compete against each other for valuable information and must ultimately escape with it. In the end, only one team can be successful.

The other mode, “Rogue Extraction”, pits a small team against a superior number of opponents in an exciting game of cat and mouse. The small team has to be tactical in order to play off the crowds and make off with the information. A feast for true strategists.

Beautiful battlefields

At launch, EXFIL offers 5 handcrafted, detailed and huge maps to choose from: North Woods, Port Lobos, Camp Osprey, Mologa District and New-Renegade Oil each offer completely different terrain and challenges. From dense forests to industrial areas and military camps, everything is included. And then there's a sophisticated weather system plus a 24-hour day-and-night change. Whether it's rain, fog or even sandstorms, you and your team will have to adapt.

Realism at the forefront

EXFIL wants to stand out through realism and has taken bullet physics, penetration and armor effects to a new level. The material you shoot at is just as important as the velocity and angle of impact. Bullets can bounce off surfaces and become dangerous ricochets. Observing and knowing your surroundings is therefore of fundamental importance, and every exchange of fire is unique.
