What should I have at hand when contacting phone support?
Besides the option to create a ticket, you can also reach us by phone. If you contact us by phone, you should have the following information ready so that our colleagues can help you quickly:

- The info what kind of server you are using (PC, Playstation or XBOX)
- The IP and port of your server (especially if you have multiple servers)
- Make sure you have the possibility to create a ticket if needed (via PC or smartphone)
When all this is in place, colleagues can quickly pinpoint the cause of a problem and solve it.
