What should I have at hand when contacting phone support?

Besides the option to create a ticket, you can also reach us by phone. If you contact us by phone, you should have the following information ready so that our colleagues can help you quickly:

  1. The email associated with your account or alternatively your GPORTAL ID.
  2. The info what kind of server you are using (PC, Playstation or XBOX)
  3. The IP and port of your server (especially if you have multiple servers)
  4. Make sure you have the possibility to create a ticket if needed (via PC or smartphone)

When all this is in place, colleagues can quickly pinpoint the cause of a problem and solve it.
