How do I change my account name and/or password?

On our website you can easily change your password and account name at any time.

Proceed as follows:

1. Log in to your GPORTAL account
2. Click on the credit card icon at the bottom left
3. Now click on the blue icon that can be seen to the left of the credit card icon
4. Under “Personal Information” you can now change your account name
5. Scroll down a bit and you will find “Account Security”
6. Click on “Change Password” and follow the steps below to change your password
