Error: Loss of progress or character
Since the release of Palworld, we have repeatedly heard reports that progress in the game or even entire characters and bases have suddenly disappeared.
While we absolutely understand that this is very annoying and causes displeasure, we would like to explicitly point out at this is a “confirmed bug” by the developers, which is very likely being worked on intensively.
This problem does not only affect players on our servers, but on servers of many hosters and even official and private servers.
We very much hope that a permanent solution will be found in the near future so that this no longer happens.
