How can I request a refund?

For various reasons, you may want to request a refund. If this is the case, then proceed as follows:

1. Make sure that the charge you want to be refunded does not date back to a long time ago. (e.g. automatic renewal of your server should not be older than 72 hours).
2. Create a support ticket and fill the ticket with the information that belongs to the refund
3. The support colleagues will look at the ticket and forward it to the billing department.
4. The colleagues will then deactivate your server and the amount will be refunded.
5. Note that it may take 3-5 business days for a refund to be granted.
