How can I request a refund?
For various reasons, you may want to request a refund. If this is the case, then proceed as follows:
- Make sure that the charge you want to be refunded does not date back to a long time ago. (e.g. automatic renewal of your server should not be older than 72 hours).
- Create a support ticket and fill the ticket with the information that belongs to the refund
- The support colleagues will look at the ticket and forward it to the billing department.
- The colleagues will then deactivate your server and the amount will be refunded.
- Note that it may take 3-5 business days for a refund to be granted.
