V Rising Open World Tips
V Rising offers a large open world with countless secrets and enemies. To make your entry into the game as relaxed as possible, we’ll give you a few tips on frequently asked questions.
I don’t know what to do or I can’t find certain items. What do I do?
In V Rising there is a selection of quests that will guide you through the beginning of the game. This will teach you the basic mechanics. Later, you’ll be on your own and can freely explore and discover the game. If you can’t create a new building or item, look for materials in your surroundings, or visit human camps and steal their raw materials. You can find clues about which materials you can find in which camp on the world map by moving the mouse over individual camps.
How do I use the teleporters?
The game world of V Rising is vast. There are ways to increase your movement speed and travel the world more effectively. However, the fastest way is probably the teleporters that you can find all over the map. In order to use a teleporter, you must first discover it. Once this is done, it will be added to the teleporter network and you’ll be able to use it.
I am stuck (can no longer move). What now?
If you get stuck on objects in the game world, you can use the “Unstuck” option to free yourself. Press ESC during the game and then select “Unstuck”.
Hint By using this function, you will be revived at your coffin, or at an already discovered waypoint (teleporter). You will drop any inventory, but keep your equipment. You have the option to return to the place of death and collect your inventory again.
Are there world events in the game world?
There will be no explicit world events at the start of Early Access. However, the developers confirmed in a Q&A that they would like to implement such events. Currently, there is a certain random aspect to the game, as many monsters and humans roam the map, can meet each other, and then fight with each other.
